Restorative Yoga/Yoga Nidra
Join yoga instructor, Sarah Daniels, as she leads you in a restorative yoga practice with is a gentle practice and is simply --> restorative. In this class we use props to support the asanas, which allow tight tissues to relax in a supportive way. The asanas are held longer and slower as the body gradually unwinds and restricted tissues begin to relax and melt into bliss. This class is for all levels and is based in yin yoga practices and is great for getting back in balance. Class will end with Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation to achieve a higher state of relaxation.
Classes will be held from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. on 8/20.
Cost of these workshops are $15 and pre-registration is
suggested as space and equipment is limited.
